High Pressure Hydraulic Impulse Test Bench

High pressure impulse test bench is used for fatigue test of hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic hoses and other hydraulic products under alternating stress. The maximum pressure can reach 100MPa and the frequency can reach 10Hz.

Specification

• Maximum oil storage capacity of hydraulic components (at atmospheric pressure) 3,000ml
• The pressure can be arbitrarily set between 50 and 100 MPa.
• Waveform, peak pressure, and number of times can be recorded during the experiment
• With workpiece cooling device (hydraulic).
• The booster suggests durability.
• Allows the hydraulic component to have an oil leakage of 5% of the oil storage volume
• The minimum pressure is less than 1.5 MPa.
• The frequency can be up to 10Hz (variable).
• The pressurized method uses a cooled booster cylinder.
